Nestled on Edgware Road in Hendon, The Hyde is a 3.6-acre mixed-use development featuring 10 buildings across 6–14 storeys, delivering 386 new homes alongside retail, leisure, and a creative ‘Hendon Hub’ workspace. Formerly housing a Homebase store and car lot, this redevelopment redefines the local area while supporting regeneration along Edgware Road, one of Brent Council’s key “Corridors of Change.”

We contributed our expertise in interior painting and decorating across residential units and shared amenities. Working closely with L&Q and the local council, we maintained the highest standards of finish and coordination throughout — ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact in this important community-focused transformation.
