Apartment painting and decorating Luton at Arrowhead House formed part of a residential scheme on Laporte Way. The development delivered studio, one and two bedroom homes with practical layouts. Residents enjoyed an entrance foyer, lift access, green space and parking. Because the M1, the station and the airport were close, the address suited buyers and investors. As a result, demand stayed strong through handover.
Nora Building painted and decorated the new apartments and shared areas. Our scope covered walls and ceilings, woodwork and metalwork. In addition, we handled local prep and stain blocking where it was needed. We finished doors and frames so edges looked clean and even. Then we used brush, roller and spray to achieve a steady, even finish. Colours matched the approved schedule and samples. Work was phased by floor to release completed homes for marketing and move in.
Shared spaces needed tough systems. Therefore corridors, stair cores and lobbies received wear resistant coatings. To protect the building, we covered floors and fixtures and kept clear access routes. Meanwhile our team coordinated with joinery, MEP and flooring trades to keep the programme on track. We also planned quiet hours, chose low odour products and set up ventilation to reduce disruption. Finally each phase ended with joint inspections, a short snag list and sign off.
The result was a neat, reliable finish across private homes and communal routes. Viewings showed clean lines and bright spaces. Overall, this case study shows apartment painting and decorating Luton delivered to specification, on programme and with minimal disruption.
