In addition, low-odour products and planned ventilation limited disruption. High traffic corridors and lobbies received tougher systems to support cleaning and long life. Finally, each area closed with joint inspections, a short snag list and sign-off.

Front-of-house spaces presented as calm and precise, while back-of-house routes looked robust and tidy. Apartments showed clean lines, accurate colour matches and an even sheen. As a result, homes photographed well and were ready for viewings on schedule.
