Office painting Hammersmith at Systems Brook Green formed part of the transformation of a landmark commercial building in West London. Bennett Construction delivered the redevelopment of the former EMI headquarters at 43 Brook Green. The project created 120,000 sq ft of Grade A office space through a combination of refurbishment and new extensions. In addition, landscaped terraces, green roofs and modern workplace facilities helped create a new destination for businesses in the area.

Nora Building carried out painting and decorating works throughout the development. Our team delivered finishes across office floors, circulation routes and shared facilities. Careful preparation and attention to detail remained important throughout the programme. As a result, the finished spaces achieved a clean and consistent appearance across both refurbished and newly built areas.

Working within an occupied urban setting required close coordination between trades. Therefore, our team worked alongside Bennett Construction to maintain quality standards and support programme deadlines. Regular inspections helped keep finishes consistent, while protection measures reduced the risk of damage during later construction stages. Throughout the project, completed surfaces remained protected until final handover.

A key feature of the redevelopment was its focus on sustainability. Rather than replace the entire building, the design retained large parts of the existing structure. This approach reduced embodied carbon and preserved elements of the building’s history. At the same time, new terraces and upgraded facilities improved the experience for future occupiers.
