Orchard Wharf is a landmark riverside development on the historic East India Docks in London’s Docklands. The scheme features a striking 23-storey tower alongside cascading stepped blocks that together create 338 new apartments, duplexes and penthouses, many with dual-aspect views and private outdoor space.

Our team at Nora Building was responsible for the full internal painting and decorating works across the new-build apartments, communal corridors and amenity spaces. Delivered to the highest standard of finish, our work played a key role in shaping this modern development into a vibrant community with landscaped gardens, rooftop terraces and resident facilities.
