About This Project

Apartment painting Greenwich at Greenwich Millennium Village marked a major phase within this large masterplan on the Greenwich Peninsula. Across Plots 401 and 403, the scheme brought forward 203 homes within six podium blocks rising from four to seven storeys. Each plot included a mix of apartments and maisonettes from one to three bedrooms. Meanwhile, private balconies or terraces gave residents useful outdoor space and supported the quality of the homes.

Plot 401 delivered 104 private homes for sale, while Plot 403 added 99 affordable homes for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Together, the two plots combined different tenures within one coordinated residential phase. As part of the wider village, the development also strengthened the long-term growth of this riverside neighbourhood. In addition, secure ground floor parking, shared podium gardens, green roofs and brown roofs added practical and environmental value across the site.

Nora Building carried out the internal painting and decorating across the new homes and communal areas. Our team finished walls and ceilings, woodwork and metalwork, and completed local preparation and stain blocking where needed. Approved colour schedules and signed samples guided the finish throughout the project. To keep standards even, we selected the right application method for each area and each stage of the programme.

Because the works progressed in phases, close planning mattered from the start. Daily coordination with McAleer & Rushe and other trades helped protect finished surfaces and keep handovers moving. Meanwhile, our team maintained quality checks across private homes, corridors, stair cores and shared routes. Durable systems supported cleaning and long-term use in higher traffic areas. Finally, snagging and final touch-ups brought each area up to handover standard.

Overall, the project achieved a clean and reliable finish across homes and shared spaces. As a result, this case study showed apartment painting Greenwich delivered to specification, to programme and to a high standard.
