Rome House

Rome House is a residential development in West Ealing, delivered as Phase 1 of a wider scheme. It consists of three linked buildings from 5 to 12 storeys above a podium level, providing new apartments with private balconies or terraces, shared amenity on the podium deck and a roof garden for residents. A centralised plant system serves all apartments for heating and hot water.

Nora Building carried out the internal painting and decorating to the new-build apartments and the communal areas, including corridors, stair cores and shared amenity spaces. Working alongside Bennett Construction, our team delivered consistent, durable finishes throughout to support handover of occupied residential units.
