At Soho Wharf, NORA Building delivered the full internal painting and decorating package for one of Birmingham’s largest residential regeneration projects.

Transforming 11 acres of former industrial land into 752 homes with landscaped spaces and commercial units, the scheme combined 14-storey apartments, townhouses and high-spec communal areas — all demanding precise coordination and consistent quality.

Our team completed all 650 apartments and 102 townhouses on schedule, working closely with site management to meet the exacting standards of this flagship development.
