As part of the major regeneration of the Winstanley and York Road Estate, Block 5 stands as a landmark gateway building on York Road. Rising between 6 and 14 storeys, the development delivers 126 new homes for social rent, alongside a ground-floor retail unit that enhances the local community.

Nora Building was entrusted with the complete internal painting and decorating for this significant scheme. Our team delivered high-quality finishes across apartments, corridors, and communal areas, ensuring that each new home reflected both durability and style. Working within a live estate, we placed particular emphasis on minimising disruption for residents and neighbouring facilities, including Falconbrook School.
